As long as you are keeping to your carb count, you can still eat fruit, but it’s better to eat vegetables, which will give you the same nutrients as fruit, minus the carbs/sugar. Pair your carbs with proteins such as apple slices w/peanut butter or peaches with cottage cheese. Take a prenatal vitamin to supplement the lack of certain vitamins.

@TerryNoble: Well you show not eat the whole thing, but also remember that? although it is high in calories your body is not going to digest it all because of the fiber content.

I work on C-reactive protein oxidising cholesterol into non-polarised molecules in order to release chemo-attractants and I have to say. I have never heard so much rubbish in my life, cholesterol is a waste of time. Avocado is good for you but this guy is clueless about heart disease. “the seed has a whole life force of a tree” eerr no, the tree has to take in nutrients in order to? grow. I like his logo. 1 serpent means medicine, 2 serpents is for the Greek god of deception… quite fitting.

use hydrogenated oils for food ?
use aspartme, saccarin ?
use? azo food dyes ?
use spinal waste protein to feed herbivore cows (BSE)
use DDT……….ad infinitum……
