   Well, I don’t know what you mean by “natural” but recombinant human insulin is exactly what the body makes, so it’s pretty much the most natural remedy I can think of, the replacement of what is missing or present in insufficient levels.
   If you mean no pharmaceuticals, then the best you can do is strict diet, weight loss, and exercise, and if this does not remedy the problem (it often does not, even if followed properly, which can be difficult) then there are no other effective treatments beyond pharmaceuticals.

   There is no remedy for Diabetes. There is nothing natural out there that can cure it. However type 2 diabetics can possibly control theirs by diet, exercise, and sometimes medicines. Type 1 diabetics get insulin only.

   “Natural remedies” huh? Don’t you think that if there were any natural products on the market that would help a diabetic, the doctors would have latched on to that and would prescribe it. In fact, they have taken natural substances to make the medications that we take now and they are tested before the public is allowed to take them. “Natural” substances aren’t. Do you want to take a chance on them and possibly die because you had a reaction or it didn’t go with what you are taking? Not me!!!!!!!

   Up to the present time there is no cure for diabetes.
