@husamjordan1990 Exercise has great value for helping? your heart but I doubt if exercise will help prevent or treat cancer.. There are studies in Britain though that suggest that eating Watercress does help by cutting off oxygen to the cancer cell. Do your homework. I exercise daily but know that for cancer, I have to eat right and also pray.

#patokelley I’m a vegan gym junkie. I had got extra calories/protein from nuts as well as soy protein. Then I changed gyms and bought whey protein powder, though it’s derived from milk I thought it was basically just an amino acid? blend. Two shakes later and my face is popping out with pimples after years of perfect vegan skin, so I’m staying away just because of that. I’d recommend soy protein, but tbh if you’re not trying to bulk up you don’t even need protein powder.
