what are some of the best natural ways to control type 2 diabetes?
i am 41 and severly over weight, ia m tryind desperatly ot loose the weight and follow the diet and exersize rutine that is requiured to stay off meds. with my sugar colesteral and blood preasure i have the heart attack risks of an 80 yr old man. i’m not a fan of medication. can someone give me the natural ways to take care of all the problems that are risking my life thank you

Diet and exercise are the mainstays. You gotta get that weight off. Unfortunately there are no known proven ways short of diet, exercise, and medication. Carbohydrates are you enemy when it comes to diet (flour enriched products, past, white rice, etc)
When my father was diagnosed with diabetes, he went on the Sugar Busters diet, lost 80 pounds in a year, and now controls it by diet alone.
